Sound Boxes

Sound generated from ultrasonic welding can be a major problem in some applications.  Craig Machinery & Design, Inc. is able to design, build and install a sound box on welding automation machinery where sound is too loud for the operator.  Sound box options include sliding doors, internal lighting, cooling fans and access doors with safety interlock switches.  Sound boxes are lined with industrial sound-absorbing material with a vinyl barrier and silver outer layer.  The sound boxes are designed for easy maintenance as well as an ergonomic work station.
